Sheina Allan is an international expert in health and beauty treatments. A native of Scotland, Sheina has built up a celebrity clientele from the entertainment and music industries to which she offers Pilates, beauty and massage therapies. Sheina has traveled throughout Southeast Asia, Europe and USA to follow her jet-setting clients.

Featured in the Sunday Times Style, Tatler, Vogue and Red Magazine, as well as appearances on shows such as the BBC's Celebrity Fame Academy, Sheina is an expert at 40 different spa services, having developed treatments for many luxury retreats. She is also the author of several treatment manuals for health professionals; including those of The Emerson Place, Livingwell Health Clubs (Hilton International Group), and Unlisted London. Aside from overseeing the setup of several luxury retreats, she has managed a staff of up to 40 therapists.

As so many of Sheina's clients were professional sports figures, she was chosen and sponsored by the Hilton International Group to study a diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage from the Western School of Massage, in order to train the therapists. Sheina also received a STOTT Education at Pilates on Fifth, the Pilates Center of New York.

Sheina lectured for years in Scotland, where she initially received her National Diploma in Beauty Therapy from the Glasgow Caledonian University. Over the years, Sheina has become an expert in many types of health spa treatments. Furthermore, Sheina also has extensive experience in photographic, TV and theatrical makeup applications, advanced diagnostic skills, client psychology, and diet, nutrition and related disorders.

Sheina's extensive product training includes Naturopathica, Ole Henriksen, Karen Herzog, Jurlique, Decleor, Dermalogica, Aromatherapy Associates, Bourgese, Comfort Zone, Clarins, Jessica, Nailtiques, Aveda, Paul Penders, St Tropez, and Thalgo.
